This notice applies only to the purchase of a Choir License in the field of "Choral Playbacks", not to recordings, scores or any other field. Under no circumstances may these be reproduced or passed on to third parties!

In case you choose the option "All tracks" you will pay for the playbacks, not for other recordings, a slightly higher price compared to the sum of the single tracks.

With the payment of the (minor) price surcharge, TOM Innovations as well as the contractual partners of choirwhisperer.at as the provider of the downloads grants you the right to legally pass on THE REHEARSAL FILES (Playbacks) ONLY (no other files of this webpage!) to your choir or ensemble members via e-mail, data carrier (USB stick, CD...) or via a private cloud storage and to use them for rehearsal work. Making the files publicly available (public cloud, website, social media...) is strictly forbidden and is subject to legal proceedings!

Any use beyond this, especially the passing on of the files to persons who are not members of the choir or ensemble, is not permitted. The prohibition to pass on the files applies equally to all choir and ensemble members. They must be informed of this prohibition verbally or in writing or records must be kept of who the files have been passed on to. Should the choir and ensemble members not have been informed about the prohibition of passing on the files, the buyer is liable for all passing on to third parties and beyond.

The licence to use the playback files is valid for one choir or ensemble only with each purchase. A new licence must be purchased for each additional choir or ensemble!
